Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your billing support service at any time by providing at least 14 days' written notice before your next billing cycle begins. Notice can be sent by email to [email protected] or by phone at (347) 728-8786.

Cancellations received with less than 14 days' notice may result in a final partial-month charge to cover work already in progress for that cycle.

Any claims submitted or in process before the cancellation date will be completed through their natural resolution — including follow-up on pending payments and denial management for claims already filed.

Claims not yet submitted at the time of cancellation will be returned to you along with all relevant session and billing records.

Monthly fees are charged at the start of each billing cycle and are non-refundable once the cycle has begun and billing work has commenced.

If you cancel before any work has been performed in a new cycle, a prorated refund may be considered at our discretion. Please reach out directly to discuss your situation.

Upon cancellation, we will provide a summary of outstanding claims, recent payment activity, and any open denials so you or a new billing provider can pick up without disruption.

We are committed to a smooth handoff. If you need additional time or documentation to transition, please let us know.

If you need to pause billing support temporarily — for example, during a planned leave — please contact us at least 7 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate a pause and resume arrangement.
